What is winterization?
There are different levels of winterization, complete seasonal shut down and preventative.
Seasonal Shut Down
Usually for businesses or summer homes where the property is not utilized or heated throughout the winter season. We can drain the water lines and add a marine/RV type non-hazardous anti-freeze to the water closets and drain lines.
Preventative Measures
• Seal off drafts and insulate unheated crawl spaces.
• Heat trace and insulate waterlines.
